As London expands further East, Place Projects is helping to identify how existing public services and the staff who work in them can contribute to positive change; creating sustainable health networks and building a new, world-leading health and biomedical sciences community.
Dorset – Recovery and Rehabilitation
Place Projects is leading a programme of investment and change to improve care for people discharged from hospital, providing therapeutic recovery services that improve people’s lives and significantly reduce the life-time cost of care.
